Quido Technologies ("we", "us") operates the Puchho mobile application
(the "App").
1 Information We Collect
- When you sign in with Google: your email address and display name (used only for
authentication and showing your profile).
- Profile photo you choose to upload (stored in Firebase Storage and shown publicly
on polls/comments).
- Polls you create, votes you cast, and comments you write (publicly visible to all
users).
- Anonymous usage data via Firebase Analytics (no personal identifiers).
- Push notification token via Firebase Cloud Messaging (to notify you when someone
comments on your poll).
We do NOT collect location, contacts, microphone, camera (except profile photo),
or any other sensitive data.
2 How We Use Your Information
- To let you create polls, vote, comment, and receive notifications.
- To display your name and photo on your polls/comments.
- To improve the App using anonymous analytics.
3 Data Sharing
Your email, name, photo, polls, votes, and comments are visible to other users of the App.
We use Google Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Cloud Messaging). See Google's Privacy Policy.
We do NOT sell your data.
4 Data Retention & Deletion
- Your polls, comments, and votes remain in the App permanently unless removed by us for policy
violations.
- Your profile photo remains until you replace it or stop using the App.
- There is currently no "delete account" or "delete poll/comment" button in the App.
- If you want your data removed, email us at yagnikrishna99@gmail.com and we will delete it
manually.
5 Push Notifications
You can disable notifications at any time from your phone's system settings (no in-app toggle exists
yet).
6 Children
The App is intended for users aged 13 and above.
7 Security
We use industry-standard Firebase security rules and encryption.
8 Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
